Updated meta-release figure (based on PlantUML) editable in Confluence

Agreed to use the PlantUML version instead of PPT  for ease of editing (at least for now). Tanja de Groot to use it in the next TSC report on RM.

LF Confluence migration to Cloud version is ongoing.

Casey Cain to submit in a ticket to integrate draw.io to create figures in Confluence. Action point remains open.


Question on initial vs stable release

Ludovic: can we release a stable version without first doing an initial version ?

Answer: yes if

  • all release assets are available
  • there were not too many changes wrt the previous version
  • it is expected to not have any changes in the next 2 meta-releases
  • the TSC approves it
