Release 0.4.0

• #282 Public release of v0.4.0 - corrections of links (make them relative when possible) and filename templates:

  • PR #274

  • Should be ready for review of Release Management (20.0908) and approval of TSC (22.09)

• Jesus asked about official timeline for Commonalities and ICM - to be clarified by Release Management and TCS
• The experience from the Fall24 meta-release should used to improve the release process

Issues review 

• Issue #284 Missing guideline for file names of API definition files it was agreed that:
  • Formal requirements should be defined in the next version of Commonalities
  • Each subproject should consider changes to kebab-case in APIs for current Meta-Release
•  Issue #285 Inconsistent statements about 405 status code in API Guidelines and CAMARA_common.yaml  - it was agreed that: 
  • Formal requirements should be defined in the next version of Commonalities
  • For the current Meta-Releas  error 405 should be removed from API definitions
• Issue #266 Review the APIs which are targeting "stable" maturity in the Fall24 meta-release
  • The review will be synchronized off-line by Commonalities codeowners
• Issue #273 Commonalities 0.5.0 - prepare the scope
  • Currently open issues will be added and grouped into topics (Rafal)
  • Please add your proposals
